Thank you for visiting and shopping at HomeUtens. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure your address details (including Pincode) and contact number (+91 8848074601) are provided accurately. HomeUtens is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
