HomeUtens Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HomeUtens. We strive to provide high-quality home gadgets to make your everyday life easier. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 5 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours at homeutensonline@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at homeutensonline@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. (Unapproved returns will not be accepted).

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Products: HomeUtens will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
